RightCall was established and went live in April 2006 and was operated by national consulting firm, McGrathNicol for more than 13 years.
In April 2019, McGrathNicol sold its interest in RightCall to Dean Newlan, a senior consultant and former partner of the firm. Dean was the architect of RightCall and was the leader of McGrathNicol’s misconduct reporting practice from the beginning. Dean will continue to operate RightCall from 1 July 2019 and will continue to provide the individual service that all of McGrathNicol’s misconduct reporting service clients have come to expect.
